To meet these high standards, we have introduced a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and a company has been working strictly as per GMP guide lines.

Quality checks such as G.L.C., Polaris meter, refractor-meter, wt./ml. etc at various stages ensure the quality standards that we are well known for packing in dust free rooms give an assurance of preservation of quality of the final product on our behalf.

Customer satisfaction

SWASTIK Industries measures the satisfaction level of its customers annually through a well-designed customer feedback form QF/MK/01. Data of the feedback is analyses  and reviewed in the MRM for any scope of improvement in Quality Management System.

Infrastructure

Adequate infrastructure facilities are made available in respect of building, work place, utilities, communication and equipment. We have the support of requisite Infrastructure facilities, Our facilities include processing unit, R&D unit, quality testing lab, warehouse, packaging & transporting department. Each unit is provided with requisite tools and compatible human resource.
